The
Last Word on the Chili Pepper
My intention in presenting this information to you is that you
will gain a clearer understanding of the wonderful world of chillis
and why I am so deeply involved in the subject I love so much. It's
not hard to understand why all of my friends call me "Mr. ChilliMan"!
I would like to leave you with the following classic statements
made by two great men.
"It doesn't matter who you are, or what
you've done, or think you can do. There's a confrontation with destiny
awaiting you. Somewhere, there is a chile you cannot eat."
Daniel Pinkwater, "A Hot Time in Nairobi"
And
"Lord God, Chili eaters is some of your
chosen people. We don't know why you're so doggone good to us, but
never think we ain't grateful.... Amen."
Bones Hooks, Texas cowboy.
